Cardinal Theatre Reservation Request Procedures

1. Keep in mind that the Cardinal Theatre (Auditorium) is used daily for class instruction, and the related classrooms are often used after school for ensemble rehearsals.
2. Understand that George Rogers Clark High School events take precedence over other events and outside groups.
3. Review the Cardinal Theatre schedule: Google Calendar
4. Examine the Clark County Public Schools Facility Fee Schedule and Usage Policies, below.
5. Complete the "Cardinal Theatre Request Form" below.
6. Email Theater Manager John Lawwill with questions.
