The following is quoted directly from the Lexington Children's Theatre website and an email sent to Lowther:
"Starlight Singers is an elite musical theatre ensemble for those interested in honing skills in, and performing a wide variety of, contemporary and classic musical theatre numbers. Intensive instruction will be given to members in voice, movement, dance and acting. Members will learn 15-25 songs (group, solo, duet) to perform throughout the year. "We are having one more round of auditions for this elite musical theatre group! Starlight Singers is for young people in grades 9-12 who are interested in performing contemporary and classic musical theatre numbers. Auditions are Saturday, September 30th from 4-7pm.
